BUYER BEWARE - They broke and damaged items but said that's how the items were, yet in pictures they clearly are not! They would not take responsibility or provide a refund saying we should have gotten inspection reports (that is their excuse for everything).
Unfortunately, the owner David can't have a civilised conversation, he becomes defensive and runs off like a little child. As others have written, he is extremely RUDE, ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL. How he's managed to stay in business is a mystery. I will certainly be making the relevant complaints to authorities and taking action accordingly.
Also note, most of the positive reviews are from staff members or his cronies.

I have bought many thousands of dollars of items from David Barbsy at his auctions and am pleased with how he And his staff have treated me. From the very start as a novice auction user, he treated me with courtesy and was extremely helpful. I note there are other negative comments in this section and can only put it down to the eccentric types who are attracted to auctions and sometimes have inflated views of their importance. Keep up the good work David, and I look forward to another fruitful auctioning year through your auction house.😀
