Six Senses Punakha
2022 Oct 27
We had the opportunity to stay at the incredible Six Senses Punakha on our recent trip to Bhutan. The experience was amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, especially our GEM, Ugyen Lhamo, and her colleague, Tshering Penjor.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are extremely large and stunning, each outfitted with its own Bukhari (traditional Bhutanese fireplace). The spa services (and the whole spa team) were incredible as my girlfriend and I both think we had the best massages ever. We also did morning yoga overlooking the Punakha valley, and it couldn't be a more beautiful view.
The food is incredible and they offer a full vegetarian menu. The pastries are amazing. Everything at the Six Senses Punakha was absolutely perfect.
